The Yellow Springs Cottages
Whether it’s a weekend get-away, a romantic anniversary or business that brings you to town, select either Springs Cottage or The Sunflower cottage for your stay. Located in the heart of Yellow Springs, these cozy and comfortable cottages offer that wonderful ‘home away from home’ experience.
Both cottages are entirely furnished. Springs Cottage features two cozy bedrooms with King and Queen-size beds,
sleeping four comfortably. If you have up to two more in your party, add the Bonus bedroom upstairs featuring a Queen-size bed. The Sunflower Cottage features one bedroom with a plush Queen-size bed, offering a pleasant and restful sleep. When needed, there’s a fabulous Futon couch that transforms into a Queen-size bed too!
Kitchens are equiped with what you need to dine in, though we encourage you to enjoy the many fine restaurants downtown.
Spacious living rooms offer comfortable furniture for lounging around. Bookshelves are stocked with a variety of books for your enjoyment. If you like outdoor adventure, there is a great collection to choose from!
Catch your favorite show on the 32" Flat screen TV, but don’t spend too much time channel surfing. Let’s just say you’ll miss out on all the fun!
Enjoy a game of Checkers, Chess or Backgammon. There are card games too!
Want some fresh air? Then enjoy a morning coffee or tea in the Springs Cottage sunroom or on the Sunflower Cottage custom deck. But don’t reserve their use for just the early morning hours, they're ideal, morning, noon or night!
If it’s too warm outside, enjoy the soft and easy going breeze of paddle fans, or Central AC if you prefer.
And for the business traveler or the Social one, there’s Hi-Speed wireless access for your convenience.
Springs Cottage is just one block from downtown, Sunflower Cottage is just a few. Both cottages are just around the corner from Antioch College, the 1000 Acre Glen Helen Nature Preserve and the Miami Valley Scenic Bikeway. Park your car and put on your walking shoes, hop on your bike or any other form of natural transportation and enjoy the wonderful shops, restaurants and adventure that Yellow Springs has to offer. It’s simply One Cool Town.
